Compounding - Heavy defect removal using a compound. if paint is severely scratches or has orange peel, wet sanding may be preformed before compounding.

Polishing + Refinement - medium defect removal such as swirls and rotary buffer holograms.

Finishing Polish - Light defect removal using a paint cleaner/ fine polish to perfect the paints glossy mirror finish.
